My recent work sits where architecture meets AI: an AI underwriting platform delivered solo at Excedr, and an AI-first design system with an MCP server at DriveNets. Before that I architected PharmaRockIT and built the team behind it.
My recent work sits where architecture meets AI. At Excedr I designed and single-handedly delivered an AI-powered underwriting platform - an LLM extraction pipeline that turns financial documents into structured data, cost-aware routing across Gemini, vision models and Claude, a 70-fixture evaluation harness in CI, and 16 deterministic checks that catch AI errors before an analyst ever sees them. At DriveNets I led a Design System team and made it AI-first: an MCP server for internal teams, 22 shared agent skills, and automations that cut bug-to-fix time from 1.5 months to 3 days.
Before that I architected PharmaRockIT, a secure multi-tenant platform on AWS, and built the team behind it. I've led teams at HubSpot, modernized data platforms, and migrated healthcare portals.
I care about systems that are explainable, testable and cheap to run - and about teams that can keep shipping them.
